If this sounds like you, then we want you on our team.What You'll DoUnder the general direction of the Broker Support Manager, this position is responsible for responding to suggesting, inquiries, and complaints/grievances from brokers regarding claim statuses, claim payments, eligibility/enrollment, plan benefits, referrals, etc. and ensuring timely resolution.Essential Duties:

  • Manage inquiries from brokers and prospective members regarding claim status, claim payments, eligibility/enrollment, plan benefits, billing and referrals according to departmental procedures.
  • Log all calls, voicemails, emails and other inquiries received into Call Diary.
  • Report consumer complaints/grievances and the resolution of complaints/grievances.
  • Monitor inquiries forwarded to other departments for timely resolutions of issues. Provide follow-up as necessary.
  • Participate in ongoing training and departmental staff meetings.
  • Help handle IT issues in regards to the Broker Portal
  • Participate in cross training in other departments as needed
  • Provide assistance to the Commissions Specialist with calculating broker commissions, as needed
  • Perform other duties as assignedRequired Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

    • Resourceful in solving problems, researching issues and communicating with members, providers and coworkers.Required Education/Experience:
      • High school diploma or GED required
      • Basic knowledge of computer and other office equipment
      • Active Producer's license is required. If employee does not have a license at the time of hire, a license must be secured within 120 days of employment. Friday will cover the cost of attaining the license.How You'll Be Valued:
