Don't forget to ask about our SIGNING/RELOCATION BONUS!Compensation Details:$68,000 - $95,000 per year (additional compensation based on experience)Monthly billed hour bonus opportunitiesWhat makes Woven Care different:Center-Based Services: Our clinic model provides the opportunity to access effective supervision of RBTs and program oversight, in addition to a holistic coordination of care.Full-time Registered Behavior Technicians: Through consistent training and guaranteed hours, we invest in our RBTs to ensure they can provide exceptional services to our clients.Multidisciplinary Clinical Team: Collaborate with a team of Occupational, Physical, and Speech therapists, as well as ABA professionals and Clinical Psychologists.Family training: Families are required to participate in training activities to support the generalization and maintenance of skills acquired, in addition to strategies identified within behavior intervention plans.Administrative supports: Enjoy a high level of support that allows you to do what you love, THERAPY!Teammates at Woven Care will also enjoy the following benefits:Inclusive insurance (medical - 55% employer contribution, dental, vision, company-paid life insurance)Tenure-based vacation and sick leaveShort and long-term disability opportunities availableSIX GUARANTEED paid holidays (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas)Yearly CEU ReimbursementGrowth opportunities401K with company match after 1 yearWhat do you need for this role?Master's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, education or special education, or related fieldLicense or BCBA Credential/Certificate2-5 years of experience working with individuals with special needsBLS/CPR or willingness to completeApproved Crisis Prevention training or willingness to completeWhen will you be at work?Monday - Thursday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pmFlexible scheduling options: 8:00 am - 4:00 pm or 10:00 am - 6:00 pm - depending on the clinic and caseload needsPhysical RequirementsKneeling on the groundPerforming squatting maneuversTransitioning between standing and floor-level positionsEngaging in bending or stooping motionsLifting up to 50lbsExecuting lateral and backward pivots or shufflesRunning distances up to 100ftStanding for at least 15 minutesResponsibilities of BCBAs at Woven Care:Establish and manage exceptional performance for client services and programmingConduct consistent program reviews to ensure a high degree of clinical excellence for clients.Complete all required reports and updates for clients in a timely and effective manner, to ensure consistency in care.Follow general best practice standards and evidence-based interventions in compliance with the behavior analytic literature and consult with peers/supervisors as needed, to ensure high quality of care.Provide consistent formal and informal feedback to RBT's to ensure a high degree of treatment integrity. This includes feedback during overlaps, in addition to written documented feedback regarding performance.Participate in supervision opportunities to review client progress, identify appropriate modifications, and collaborate with other team members to support professional development opportunities.Actively improve clinical skills via professional development opportunities and support training and skill improvement for behavior technicians.Prioritize parent training and parent meetings to facilitate the generalization of skills and maintenance during non-therapeutic opportunities. This should include initial parent training, in addition to ongoing parent meetings and training on individualized client goals and programming.Effectively collaborate and communicate with other service providers to provide a continuum of care to clients and their families. This includes coordinating services (e.g., assessments, progress, priorities, etc.) with other therapists at Woven Care (e.g., OT, PT, Speech-Language Pathologists) to optimize services and progress for the client.Participate in ongoing opportunities to facilitate effective coordination of care and program improvement (e.g., case studies, approved projects, etc.)
