As a Behavior Analyst at The Shandy Clinic, you will have the opportunity to help every family we serve to achieve their goals and reach their fullest potential by:
Establishing and managing exceptional performance for client services and programming
Conducting consistent program reviews to ensure a high degree of clinical excellence for clients
Maintaining documentation such as treatment plans, session notes, etc.
Following general best-practice standards and evidence-based interventions
Providing consistent formal and informal feedback to RBTs to ensure a high degree of treatment integrity
Assisting with interviewing, and training Behavior Technicians
Supporting the maintenance of the RBT credential for team members
Participating in supervision opportunities to review client progress, and identify appropriate modifications
Providing parent training and parent meetings to facilitate the generalization of skills and maintenance during non-therapeutic opportunities
Integrating with a multidisciplinary team of PT, OT, ABA, and Clinical Psychologists
Collaborating with all other disciplines, client's families, teachers, supervisors, and The Shandy Clinic administrative staff (billing, authorizations, referrals, human resources)
Qualification Requirements:
Master's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, education or special education, or related field
License or BCBA Credential/Certificate
2-5 years of experience working with individuals with special needs
BLS/CPR or willingness to complete
Approved Crisis Prevention training or willingness to complete
Clinic Hours:
Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Compensation Range:
$65,000 - $90,000 per year (additional compensation based on experience)
