Receive $300 per year in continuing education fundsAs a Behavior Analyst at The Shandy Clinic, you will have the opportunity to help every family we serve to achieve their goals and reach their fullest potential by:Establishing and managing exceptional performance for client services and programmingConducting consistent program reviews to ensure a high degree of clinical excellence for clientsMaintaining documentation such as treatment plans, session notes, etc.Following general best-practice standards and evidence-based interventionsProviding consistent formal and informal feedback to RBTs to ensure a high degree of treatment integrityAssisting with interviewing, and training Behavior TechniciansSupporting the maintenance of the RBT credential for team membersParticipating in supervision opportunities to review client progress, and identify appropriate modificationsProviding parent training and parent meetings to facilitate the generalization of skills and maintenance during non-therapeutic opportunitiesIntegrating with a multidisciplinary team of PT, OT, ABA, and Clinical PsychologistsCollaborating with all other disciplines, client's families, teachers, supervisors, and The Shandy Clinic administrative staff (billing, authorizations, referrals, human resources)Qualification Requirements:Master's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, education or special education, or related fieldLicense or BCBA Credential/Certificate2-5 years of experience working with individuals with special needsBLS/CPR or willingness to completeApproved Crisis Prevention training or willingness to completeClinic Hours:Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 6:00 PMCompensation Range:$65,000 - $90,000 per year (additional compensation based on experience)The Shandy Clinic is an owner-operated organization, and serving our patients is at the center of everything we do.
