As the Maintenance Planner, you will use your strong maintenance planning skills to develop plans for Maintenance Repairs and Operations activities, routine inspections, predictive, and preventive maintenance for assigned assets. If you meet our qualifications and like the idea of applying your experience working in an industrial manufacturing environment for a leading manufacturing company, we want to talk to you!Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Develop work plans for maintenance activities containing appropriate work instructions, labor estimates, material, and tool requirements to ensure the safe and efficient execution of MRO, CBM, PM activities of assigned assetsAssist in developing maintenance budgets including CAPEX repair projectsPrepare weekly schedules for routine maintenance downturns and major equipment shutdownsConduct regular meetings with maintenance and operations departments to establish maintenance work priorities, as well as coordinate and schedule equipment maintenance activitiesAssists in Development of and maintaining an electronic library of procedures, Job Safety Analyses (JSA's), checklists, drawings, contractor scopes, etc., that can aid future iterations of same or similar jobsMonitor and prepare regular reports on key maintenance metrics including downtime and cost summaries, schedule compliance, and PM complianceSupport Maintenance Supervisor in execution of maintenance schedules and report on performance to continuously improve the accuracy of work plansTrain maintenance staff as requiredJob Requirements:Familiarity with condition-based monitoring tools (vibration analysis, thermographic imaging, ultrasound, laser alignment, etc.)Ability to read blueprints and schematic drawingsThorough understanding of manufacturing equipment technologies, limitations, and their effect on safety, quality, productivity, and costProven technical writing skillsStrong computer skills in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, MS PowerPoint, MS OutlookStrong history of utilizing CMMS system for planning - Oracle eAM preferredGood problem solving and analytical skillsProven teamwork, demonstrated written and oral communication skillsHighly organized with an attention to detail in the administration of projectsEducation / Experience:High school diploma required, Associates or Bachelor's degree preferredMinimum of five (5) years' experience working as an Industrial Engineer, Mechanical or Electrical Technologist, Journeyman Electrical or Mechanical Tradesperson or as Maintenance Facility Coordinator in an industrial manufacturing environmentPhysical Requirements:Ability to walk, reach, climb, stoop, and lift (up to 75 pounds).Compensation$59,093.00 - $72,013 per yearOur total compensation package includes amazing benefits!A bonus may be paid to eligible employees based upon organizational and individual performanceFamily medical, dental, and prescription coverage at minimal employee costShort- and long-term disability programsRetirement Account contributions and (401k) with employer matchFlexible Spending and Health Savings AccountsEmployer-provided Group Life and Voluntary Life Insurance optionsPaid vacations, sick time and 10 paid holiday days per yearApprenticeship and career advancement within the companyTuition reimbursementWellness programAll applicants must be eligible to work in the USA without sponsorship.Equal Opportunity EmployerOur client is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
