Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) -$20- $24 per hour*Full-time, part-time, or per diem available -Adult patient with g-tube, trach, and vent -6am-6pm or 7am-7pm -Aveanna Healthcare, is one of the nation's largest home health care providers. • Must have good standing license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
• Current CPR certification
• Must be willing to provide in home nursing care to infants, children, and/or adolescentsResponsibilities of the -Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN): - - -
  • One to one patient care in a home environment
  • Execution of physician's prescribed plan of care and compliant documentation of care provided in system of record
  • Administration of prescribed medication, treatments and therapies
  • Patient assessments, coordination of care
