A company is looking for a Non-Traditional Programs
Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist students with administrative processes such as registration,
degree planning, and payment options
Provide superior customer service and support to
military-affiliated students throughout the academic cycle
Maintain collaborative relationships with university stakeholders
and external partners
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
One year of customer service experience, preferably in higher
education
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficient in using MS Office Products
