Job Description:

Our client, the State of Colorado Department Personnel & Administration, is seeking temporary data entry clerks. The clerk role will be performed onsite and is full-time. Additional details are listed below:
Pay Rate: $14.50
Shift: 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
Duration: 3-4 months
Data Entry Requirements:
Must test at 6,000 keystrokes with 3% error rate.
Must be able to use flat or ergonomic keyboards.
Must have the ability to take in a lot of information in a short period of time and accurately retain it and put it to use.
Must be able to sit and look at a computer screen for 8 hours per day.
Must be able to process documents quickly and meet set standards.
Must be able to process work without reading document information unless it pertains to it being processed.
Only seeking employees that are dependable and have good work ethics.
Conditions of Temporary Employment with the State of Colorado Department of Personnel & Administration:
1. As a condition of temporary employment with the Colorado Department of Personnel & Administration, a requirement exists that all personnel timely file all necessary Colorado Individual Income Tax (CIIT) returns and timely pay tax obligations. As such, all employees must undergo a pre-employment evaluation of their tax records/accounts to ensure compliance with this policy.
2. Employees are in a position of public trust in the performance of their job duties and must operate in a manner that maintains the highest standards of honesty, integrity, and public confidence. All job finalists require successful completion of a background investigation and reference check prior to appointment. Background checks may include national criminal, financial, traffic, civil, education, and/or experience checks or any other checks related to the job assignment.
