We're looking for Clinician's to join us at Crestone Recovery,
Crisis Services, Co-Occurring, School-Based, Intensive Outpatient
(IOP)...where we treat the whole person. Positions available in
Pueblo and Trinidad, CO.

What You'd Be Doing
As the Clinician you would assess and provide just-right therapies
for our clients in need. You would coordinate care, actively liaise
with internal and external partners, and serve as an important part
of a multidisciplinary team. You would employ excellent
communication and documentations skills on an ongoing basis to
assure that clients receive the very best care.
Specifically, the Clinician
Conducts intake assessments to include substance abuse/mental
health/co-occurring assessments;
Provides individual and group therapy;
Provides case management services;
Keeps accurate, complete and up-to-date records with 100%
compliance with Center standards;
Maintains productivity for billable services monthly;
Maintains competency and proficiency with the electronic health
record;
Obtains appropriate authorizations as necessary;
Provides educational services to clinical staff and external
providers regarding levels of care;
Performs audits on electronic records;
Works with community agencies; and
Performs other job related responsibilities as assigned.
Physical requirements include the following:
Frequently stays stationary for prolonged periods of time.
Frequently moves within and between facilities.
Frequently exposed to stressful or emergent situations.
Frequently operates a computer and other office equipment to record
health data.
Constantly communicates with clients and others.
Occasionally moves equipment and/or materials up to 20 pounds.
Occasionally drives between Health Solutions facilities or for
other assigned duties.
What We're Looking For-The Must-Haves
-- Master's degree in social work, clinical psychology, or a
closely related field
-- Current Colorado professional license (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or
license within three years
-- Experience effectively working with mentally ill adults
-- Experience successfully working as an integral part of a
multi-disciplinary team
-- Exceptional time management skills
-- Flexibility
-- Well-developed documentation skills
-- Computer proficiency
-- Colorado driver's license and access to transportation during
work hours
-- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required upon hire*
