    • Opportunities to serve our neighbors in Pueblo What You'd Be Doing As a Supervisor at the Family Center you would be a vital member of a multidisciplinary team working together to promote strong relationships and a healthy future for youth and families in an intensive outpatient environment. Your role in developing, implementing, and evaluating therapeutic programs, and managing a team of clinical professionals in providing care would be central in our efforts to assure the wellbeing of our community now and in the future. Specifically, the Family Center Supervisor
      • Supervises clinical staff and mental health professionals in accordance with Health Solutions' policies and procedures;
      • Develops and evaluates staff in the spirit of professional development and quality services;
      • Designs, maintains, and evaluates IOP programming for children and adolescents;
      • Ensures the provision of effective individual, group, and family counseling;
      • Develops and maintains professional working relationships with community agencies;
      • Works cooperatively with contract managers and supervisors to assure goals are met;
      • Maintains proficiency with the electronic health record and trains staff accordingly;
      • Updates staff on changes to company policies and procedures;
      • Maintains accurate and current records;
      • Prepares reports in response to grant requirements associated with programs supervised;
      • Meets or exceeds minimum productivity standards;
      • Provides administrative coverage in the absence of the program director; and
      • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
      • Physical requirements include the following:
      • Requires frequent standing, sitting and walking for prolonged periods of time
      • Occasionally lifts and carries items up to 15 pounds
      • Requires working under stress in emergency situations
      • Requires occasional driving, at times in adverse weather conditions
      • Requires frequent operation of a computer What We're Looking For-The Must-Haves
        • Graduate degree in clinical social work, psychology, counseling, or marriage and family therapy
        • Colorado professional license (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
        • Five years of post-graduate experience
        • Three years of experience working with children and adolescents as a licensed professional
        • Experience in intensive outpatient programming with children and adolescents
        • Extensive knowledge of and successful experience applying theories and modalities in the clinical treatment of children, adolescents, adults, and families
        • Demonstrated computer proficiency
        • Experience working as an effective member of a multidisciplinary team
        • Track record of collaborating with community agencies effectively
        • Colorado driver's license and access to transportation during work hours
        • Proof of COVID-19 vaccination is required upon hire What We'd Like to See in You-The Nice-to-Haves
          • One year of supervisory experience
