Job Description:
A financial institution is searching for a person to fill their
position for a Remote Mortgage Servicing Contact Center
Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Handling general customer inquiries upon completion of new hire
training
Performing and explaining interest and product-related
calculations
Documenting case details in a thorough, accurate manner
Skills and Requirements Include:
HS Diploma, GED or Foreign Equivalent
1 year customer service, mortgage industry, or call center
experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as
strong listening skills
Must have good telephone technique with well-developed customer
service skills
Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills and an ability to
think quickly under pressure
