IfHousing Accommodations are needed the hourly pay will be$40-$50

Without housing accommodations $65 an hour

Bonus Program: $10,000.00 is only applicable if a full time positionis accepted (paid out $2,500 at 30 days following the successful completion of orientation, $2,500 at 90 day Performance Review and retention bonus of $5,000 at 1 year anniversary Performance Evaluation)

Are you a caring, driven, compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) ? We want you to join our Home Health Care team! As a Physical Therapist for Interim HealthCare, you will provide services for the purpose of treating impairments, functional limitations, disabilities or changes in physical function and health status. You will assist a physician or other licensed practitioner in evaluating the level of patient function, performance, and equipment needs. Additionally, you will assist in developing plan of care that includes long-term treatment goals, selection of interventions and the intensity, frequency and duration of services.

Responsibilities of the Physical Therapist (PT) role include:

Complete initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments at appropriate time points.
Proficient working with various neurological conditions.
Assess changes in the patient's status since the last visit/treatment day.
Determine whether the planned services should be modified.
Submit documentation of treatment and skilled intervention provided.

Job Requirements

Current license or certification as a Physical Therapist active.
Experience in Physical therapy work preferred.
Health care CPR Certified.
