These positions are located in Montrose Colorado, Canon City
Colorado and San Luis Valley Colorado Field Office for the BLM
Rocky Mountain District.
This position independently performs a wide variety of
administrative support functions and specialized duties each
requiring a comprehensive working knowledge of special and/or
complex subject matter, procedures, or practices.

- Lifecycle management of motor vehicle fleet and monitoring the
overall status of the fleet, to include vehicle repairs,
inspections, and maintenance as needed.
- Manages acquisition, receipt, distribution, tracking,
inventory, and disposition of property and ensures appropriate
entry in an automated property management data base.
- Assists management officials to ensure accuracy of ownership
and custody of all personal property. Tracks and inventories
locally managed property.
- Purchases supplies and equipment using agency guidelines.
Maintain receipts, transactions, and reconciles change card
statement; coordinates procurement of fleet and IT assets with

GS-07 : $43,683 to $56,790
Salary Ranges for Canon City:

Specialized Experience: Applicants must have one full year of
specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to
the GS-06 grade level in the Federal service (obtained either in
the private or public sectors) performing the following: (1)
purchasing supplies and equipment in accordance with organizational
guidelines; (2) monitoring fleet status to include scheduling and
dispatching, repairs, inspections, and maintenance of vehicles; (3)
processing clerical duties such as collecting, filing, inputting,
and/or maintaining records; (4) providing information of services
TIME-IN-GRADE REQUIREMENTS: Merit promotion applicants must meet
applicable time-in-grade requirements to be considered eligible.
One year at the GS-06 is required to meet the time-in-grade
requirements for the GS-07 level. (Must submit your SF-50 that
shows Time-in-Grade eligibility and reflects your title, series,
and grade. No award SF-50 will be accepted).

previous 52 weeks, a General Schedule position under non-temporary
