Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and warehousing industry, is seeking a Pallet Sorter to join their team. As a Pallet Sorter, you will be part of the warehouse operations team supporting quality control and inventory management. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Pallet Sorter Location: Pueblo, CO Pay Range: $16 Shift: day What's the Job? Sort wooden pallets by hand, ensuring proper classification and organization Identify and separate damaged pallets to maintain quality standards Perform quality checks on pallets to ensure compliance with safety and quality guidelines Stack pallets up to 6 feet high safely and efficiently Follow all safety rules and regulations to maintain a safe working environment What's Needed? Ability to lift, push, and pull wooden pallets regularly Quick hands with keen attention to detail Strong commitment to quality and safety standards Effective communication skills, both oral and written Ability to interpret instructions in various formats (written, oral, diagram, schedule) What's in it for me?
