You will support Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) activities in a multidisciplinary and collaborative environment. You will interface and collaborate with SE&I team members, contractors, government civilians and members of the USSF. You will lead and support several working groups responsible for leading technical discussion, resolve and identify risk, requirement gaps, developing briefings, writing, and tracking action items, and authoring meeting minutes. We support the Space Forces satellite communications systems, providing global secure, survivable, and protected communications for our nations warfighters. We seek technical individuals who will succeed in a highly collaborative work environment. https://acuityinnovationsllc.com Required Skills and Experience Bachelors degree in engineering, mathematics, physics, computer science, or equivalent technical discipline Experience working with military or DoD civilian clients and managing professional relationships Strong interpersonal skills, communication (oral and written), and presentation skills Capable in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) 4 years demonstrated experience in multi-faceted tests and test project teams, to include oversight of scheduling 4 years test and evaluation experience with DoD/USAF test processes and documentation Position requires travel to DoD and contractor test sites (up to 25% per year) US Citizenship and the ability to obtain a DoD SECRET Security Clearance are required for the position Preferred Skills and Experience 5-15 years experience in systems engineering 5-15 years experience in DoD and commercial SATCOM and network engineering 5-15 years experience with military space systems and protected MILSATCOM systems 5-15 years experience with ground systems, such as terminals and networks Familiar with AFMAN 63-119 and AFI 99-103 Experience with government test and evaluation Experience with PEO Certification process Active Secret clearance or higher
