A training software development company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Technical Support Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:
Owning and resolving technical issues and customer concerns
Creating technical and customer-facing documentation
Collaborating cross-functionally with our QA, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales teams
Skills and Requirements Include:

Outstanding customer service skills, including active listening & empathy
Can troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues
Have strong attention to detail
A natural problem solver
Can clearly communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
