Salary: Depending on Experience The Recruiter is a critical player in an Express Employment Professionals office. The primary emphasis is on filling job orders with urgency. The pace is fast, the tools are strong, and the culture is positive. Recruiters are expected to build and maintain a core of strong associates in a variety of functions and be in a position to fill job orders quickly and efficiently on a daily basis in the areas of Administrative, Commercial, and Professional. Sometimes the order needs to be filled within hours to meet a client's critical need or sometimes within days to fill a longer term requirement. Strong phone and interpersonal skills are an essential part of this role. The Recruiter will be interviewing candidates on a daily basis, filling job orders, attempting to find slots for the best associates as they come off an assignment, and following-up with clients and associates everyday to ensure satisfaction. Like the Sales Representative, this requires the ability to use consultative selling techniques (communication skills, questioning and listening techniques, etc.) and the discipline of being persistent in making sales contacts. Essential Functions: Recruiting and Employment o Interviewing o Employment Verifications o Onboarding/Hiring Process Client Relations o Facility Tours o Employment Law Employee Relations o Recordkeeping/Personnel File Documentation o Employee coaching, training, managing Administration o Policies & procedures Sales o Sales Calls o Team Collaboration Dress Attire: Professional attire is required. Wages: Base Salary pay (DOE) plus weekly commissions and mid-year/annual incentives included. PTO, Health, Vision, and Dental included as well.   • Screened candidates to hiring managers
  • Pursue new avenues for recruiting candidates
  • Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing methods
  • Develop recruiting strategies to attract highly qualified candidates
  • Determine online recruiting and sourcing strategies for attracting and recruiting candidates
  • Supporting hiring managers and candidates
  • Perform candidate searches for qualified candidates
  • Managing full cycle recruitment process which includes sourcing candidates
  • Present top qualified candidates to hiring managers
  • Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools
