Job Description:
A retailer of less-than-perfect produce has a current position
open for a Remote Produce Retail Payroll Specialist and
Analyst.
Core Responsibilities Include:
Processing and balancing bi-weekly payroll
Serving as the primary point of contact for the payroll department,
address and resolve employee complaints relating to payroll
Partnering with Operations, People, and Accounting team to resolve
payroll related issues and questions
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
Associates degree
3+ years of experience processing payroll, and tax lings; resolving
disputes; setting up new tax jurisdictions
In-depth knowledge of multiple state and local tax jurisdictions
payroll regulations
Pro cient knowledge level of ADP Workforce Now system
Accurate data entry skills and attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines and submit all payrolls
