Customer Service Agent (FT)

- Target Hire Date: November 29, 2021
- Answer inbound calls and greet customers with energy and
- Answer inbound collection calls.
- Discuss credit card balances with customers and take payments
- Build lasting relationships with clients, customers, and other
call center team members based on trust and reliability.
- Understand and strive to meet or exceed call center metrics
while providing excellent and consistent customer service.
- Meet department productivity and quality standards.
- Strive for first call resolution and take true ownership of
customer needs and issues.
- Communicate and follow instructions for one call customer
- Deliver amazing customer service through effective and timely
resolution of various customer inquiries and concerns.
- Shift schedules available are: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm.
All agents must work 1-2 Saturdays per month from 7:00 am-11:00
- Onsite Training will be 3-4 weeks, 6:00am-2:30pm. After that
time will move to work at home. We will provide equipment.
- Experience in customer service experience in a
transaction-based environment such as a call center or retail
location, demonstrating the ability to be empathetic and
compassionate is preferred.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
- Must have the ability to work independently and in a team
- Ability to maintain accuracy and production standards.
