Travel between different UCHealth outpatient facilities to provide consistent nursing care. Assess, implement, and evaluate patient care needs and interventions. Document all patient interactions and treatments efficiently. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff. Manage patient flow and follow up to ensure comprehensive care plans. Adhere to safety standards and protocols. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexibly across multiple locations Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
