Job Description:
UCHealth invites qualified and compassionate registered nurses
to apply for our unique position in the Regional Float Pool
focusing on Mother-Baby care. This role is ideal for nurses who
excel in various environments and are committed to providing
exceptional patient care across different UCHealth facilities
within the region. As part of our dedicated float pool team, you
will ensure high-quality care tailored to postpartum mothers and
their newborns, supporting a smooth transition during their early
moments of motherhood. Provide comprehensive nursing care to
postpartum mothers and their newborns. Adapt to different hospital
environments and quickly integrate with existing healthcare teams.
Educate and support mothers and families about newborn care and
postnatal recovery. Coordinate with healthcare professionals to
develop personalized care plans. Maintain accurate patient records
and administer medications as prescribed. Ensure compliance with
health and safety standards across varying facilities. Strong
clinical skills in mother-baby care Excellent adaptability to
different working environments Superb interpersonal and
communication abilities Proficient in EMR systems and tech-savvy
Ability to handle high stress situations calmly Medical Insurance

license BLS Certification NRP Certification preferred
