UCHealth, a leader in patient-centered healthcare in Colorado, is seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Regional Float Pool at the L&D Birth Center. This position offers the unique opportunity to work across multiple UCHealth hospitals, providing critical support where it's needed most. Provide high-quality care to mothers and newborns in various hospital settings within the region. Effectively adapt to different L&D environments and uphold UCHealth’s standards of care. Participate in patient assessments, administer medications, and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive patient care and support. Educate and support patients and their families regarding pre-natal, peri-natal, and post-natal care. Strong skills in labor and delivery nursing Ability to adapt to various medical settings and teams Proficient in patient assessment and emergency response Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado BLS/CPR certification ACLS and NRP certification preferred
