Position Overview Case Volume: ~25 surgical cases/day Case Mix: 80% General 10% Complex Vascular 10% Complex Orthopedic Specialties: GI and Peds (Peds preferred; GI strongly preferred) Model: Team Care (1:2–1:3 supervision ratio) ORs: 10 EMR: Epic Key Procedures Required: ? General Anesthesia (Adult) Preferred: Spinal Anesthesia Complex Orthopedic Complex Vascular (Non-Cardiac) Neurosurgical (Spine) Environment & Orientation Supportive, collegial anesthesia team of physicians & CRNAs Modern facility with advanced anesthesia technology Orientation Schedule: Monday: Facility tour & badging Tuesday: Epic EMR training ??? Wed–Fri: Clinical shadowing ? Candidate Requirements NBCRNA Certified – Required Active Colorado License – Required ?? BLS (AHA) – Required Epic Experience – Must list years used & last active date ??
