Doctor of Medicine | Surgery - Neurosurgery Location: Pueblo, CO Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position A leading healthcare organization in Pueblo, Colorado is seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Neurosurgeon to join an established team. This is a replacement position with high demand and opportunity to grow a strong elective spine practice in an underserved community. Position Highlights: Schedule: 2 days in clinic, 2 days in OR, 1 flex day Clinic: ~8–12 patients/day, supported by 3–4 PAs ER call: 7 days/month, mostly imaging review from home; minimal in-person requirements Call coverage: ~1 weekend per month Practice Setting: Inpatient, outpatient, clinic Trauma Level: Level 3 Join a team of 1 Neurosurgeon 4 experienced APPs Co-located clinic with pain service and on-site X-ray Neuro-navigation tools: Globus Robot, Stryker Documentation System/EMR: EPIC Candidate Requirements: Board-Certified or TRULY Board-Eligible through ABNS (within 5 years of eligibility; working toward Board Certification within 4 years) Active or eligible for Colorado medical license Clean malpractice history Must be able to work onsite (no long commutes or combined schedules with other jobs) New graduates through 2025 considered if TRULY Board Eligible Compensation & Benefits: Salary range: $800,000–$877,000 annually Relocation package may be offered Comprehensive health, vision, dental, life insurance, and disability coverage Paid malpractice coverage Retirement plans with employer contributions Generous CME allowance PTO/Vacation, Sick Leave, Paid Holidays Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligible Short-term & long-term disability options Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Career advancement opportunities Special discounts for system employees Submission Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurosurgery (ABNS) Colorado license (or willing to obtain) Clean malpractice DEA (must be obtained prior to start) Candidates must not have applied directly
