Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A skilled professional is needed to perform specialized imaging procedures in the cardiac catheterization lab with precision and care. Responsibilities: Perform imaging procedures in the cardiac catheterization lab with accuracy and attention to patient safety Collaborate with cardiologists and nursing staff to assist in diagnostic and interventional procedures Adhere to radiation safety protocols, ensuring appropriate use of fluoroscopy equipment and handling of radiation badges Maintain documentation and patient records according to procedural standards and regulatory guidelines Ensure compliance with infection control and sterility standards throughout procedural operations Qualifications / Desired Experience: Registered ARRT or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Technologist (RCIS) certification required, or candidate must obtain RCIS or RCES within 18 months of hire Registered Respiratory Therapist with cardiovascular-specific certification, RCIS, or RCES acceptable Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification endorsed by the American Heart Association Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification by the American Heart Association Fluoroscopy certification mandatory Ability to supply a radiation badge provided by the vendor Schedule: Contract position with defined duration Flexible scheduling options discussed during interview This opportunity offers a chance to contribute to life-saving cardiac procedures in a supportive and tech-forward environment.
