Hospice Clinical Director – Colorado Start Date: January 12, 2026
Location: Colorado Springs, Colorado Compensation: Details provided
to qualified applicants Schedule: Full-time leadership role with
on-call rotation 1-2 times per week Highlights: Lead a home-based
hospice program with no inpatient component Utilize Netsmart EMR
system for streamlined documentation Receive mileage stipend of
$207 per pay period (bi-weekly) Flexible professional dress code:
business casual or professional scrubs Manageable on-call schedule
alternating between RN and LPN team members Work in a
well-populated area with ample housing options Requirements: Active
RN license in Colorado BLS certification required Seasonal flu
vaccination (required by state regulation) Proven hospice
leadership and management experience Strong knowledge of Hospice
Conditions of Participation RNCM (Registered Nurse Case Manager)
