Range: $20-24/HR Sign on Bonus Full time nights- $3,500 Full time

and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN license • Must have
reliable transportation • Demonstrated proficiency in clinical
assessments, documentation and compliance with nursing care and
policies and procedures • Continuing Education as required by state
