This full-time opportunity offers a 4-day clinic work week, shared
1:5 call schedule, access to da Vinci XI robotics, and a
supportive, experienced care team. Enjoy excellent work-life

environment in beautiful Southern Colorado. Job Responsibilities:
Provide a mix of obstetric and gynecologic care (50/50 OB/GYN
split) Perform surgeries including minimally invasive and
robotic-assisted procedures Manage ~20 patients per clinic day
across two outpatient locations Participate in a 1:5 call schedule
(CNM takes first call most nights) Collaborate with a team of 5
physicians and 4 certified nurse midwives Utilize Epic EMR for
seamless patient care ? Working Hours: 4 days/week clinic schedule
1:5 call rotation with CNM first call coverage Flexible schedule
with work-life balance focus Skills: Strong clinical OB and GYN
expertise Surgical proficiency including minimally invasive &
robotic procedures Excellent communication and collaboration EMR
proficiency (Epic preferred) Commitment to compassionate,
