Nursing Leadership Opportunity
Seeking a registered nurse with leadership experience to provide nursing leadership for a specific shift and unit/area, supervising and mentoring staff, and evaluating patient care.


Job Details:

• 
  
• Full-time position with 0.9 FTE, 72 hours per pay period
  
• Nights shift
  
• $60.31 per hour, dependent on relevant experience
  
  
  
  Responsibilities:
  
  • 
    
  • Supervise and mentor staff during assigned shift, determining staffing level and assignments based on staff availability and patient acuity
    
  • Provide direct patient care as needed, float between staff to assist with problem-solving, and take patient assignments to meet staffing needs
    
  • Evaluate patient care, identify issues affecting desired outcomes, and respond to complaints through established channels
    
  • Perform role-specific duties, including entering orders, performing admissions or discharges, and coordinating transfers
    
    
    
    Requirements:
    
    • 
      
    • Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
      
    • State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider
      
    • 1 year of nursing experience and relevant certification
