Job Description:

Registered Nurse (RN) needed to provide direct patient care using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans based on patient assessment to optimize outcomes and maximize available resources.
  
• Monitoring, recording, and communicating patient condition as appropriate.
  
• Collaborating with other disciplines to coordinate patient care, including patient transfer, discharge, referral, and spiritual/psychosocial support needs.
  
• Evaluating learning needs of patient and/or family and providing patient/family education appropriate to age, culture, condition, and circumstances.
  
• Effectively delegating patient care to ancillary personnel.
  
  Requirements:
  
  • 
    
  • Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
    
  • State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
    
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification.
    
  • 6 months nursing experience.
