We are looking for a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Pueblo, CO to administer patient home health care in accordance with a physician established care plan.
This role is a part time, 1099 contract opportunity, with the current need being 4 hours per week. Care is provided at the patients residence which is located between i25 and HW 50. (patient has dogs)
Youll get to advocate for the patients and work one-on-one to provide them with the care that they need. This role will collaborate with Case Managers, and the patients physicians.
