prior to starting employment.*_Job Summary: _** Pueblo Community
Health Center has both full-time and part-time openings for
Behavioral Health Providers. This position performs assessments,
provides therapy and crisis intervention to patients in a busy
integrated primary care clinic. Interagency and interdisciplinary
care coordination and consultation as needed. Master's degree in
Social Work or Counseling is required, supervision for licensure is
available as is student loan repayment for qualified
candidates.*_Reports to: _** Director of Integration and Behavioral
Health*_Supervision Exercised: _** Social Work and Psychology
Interns as appropriate and
required*_Education/Experience/License/Certification: _** Master's
Degree in Social Work, Counseling or Psychology* State of Colorado
behavioral health provider license required* Licensed Clinical
Social Worker (LCSW) license preferred* Three years post licensure
clinical experience and eligible to bill for Medicare/Medicaid
patients required.* Valid Colorado driver's license and auto
insurance as required by law*_Required Travel: _** Frequent travel
is required including day-to-day local travel for patient care,
business meetings, community events,
etc.*_Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: _** The requirements listed below
are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability

Knowledge of DSM 5 diagnostic criteria and methodology.* Knowledge
of psychotropic medications.* Experience in taking psychosocial
histories, developing treatment plans and writing reports as needed
by external agencies.* Fluency in Spanish strongly desired.*
Experience with brief and/or solution focused therapy as well as
longer-term treatment.* Experience with individual, group, family
and conjoint treatment.* Experience with all age groups, different
cultures and different socioeconomic groups.* Knowledge of and
experience with a variety of therapeutic techniques.* Knowledge of
the interrelationship between physiological problems and
psychological problems.* Ability to work with and be a part of an
integrated treatment team.*Duties and Responsibilities include: **
Provide behavioral health assessment and therapy to those in need
of treatment.* Provide crisis intervention as needed.* Consult with
PCHC medical staff regarding patient care as it relates to the use
of psychotropic medications, relationship between behavioral health
problems and physical complaints, etiology of problems.* Provide
behavioral health services appropriate to the age-specific needs of
all patients.* May perform NADA 5-point protocol* Participate in
monthly medical staff meetings, monthly PCHC staff meetings and
departmental staff meetings.* Complete clinical documentation in a
timely manner.* Maintain proficiency in EHR.The above duties are
