Job Description:

Provides safe and effective nursing care to pediatric patients (ages 0-18 years) and Adult Med/Surg overflow patients within the scope of licensure.Must be able to float to all Med-Surg areas when needed.MUST HAVE PALS CERTIFICATION!?? Additional Vaccine mandate PLEASE REVIEW COVID DOCUMENT IN THEIR ACCOUNT. Former perm employees will not be allowed to work as a traveler until 1 year has passed from their last date worked. ***Travelers are the first to float***Strict RADIUS RULE of 100 miles*** We will not accept agency time cards. Time will be processed and uploaded into Medefis the following week. 21 days discrepancies policy. There is a time card walk through tutorial attached along with the facility contract and required docs under hospital profile page. Medefis will handle all billing for this client.
