SLP- Speech Language Pathologist - Home Health - PRN Our Speech Language Pathologists (SLP) are the heart of our organization!   • Conduct appropriate evaluations, assess home environment and identify equipment needs relative to speech/language function
  • Identify functional speech defects and establish a plan of care to improve patient's function
  • Administer speech therapy program utilizing specialized therapeutic technique and/or equipment and recommend communication devices/aids as indicated
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Participate in case conference as required
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal legal and regulatory requirements

    • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology with current licensure to practice in state of operation
    • 1+ year experience in Speech Language Pathology
    • Home health experience preferred
