A health clinic is seeking a family medicine physician for locum tenens coverage.The facility is located in Lamar, Colorado.The schedule is Monday - Friday with an unpaid lunch break. There is no overtime. Credentialing time takes 20 days. The EMR system is CPSI/Evident. The support staff consists of 3 NPs, 1 PA, 1 OB/GYN, and 1 ortho MD. The facility can offer temporary privileges, but the clinician must be Medicare and Medicaid approved before they can begin. An active Colorado license, DEA, BC or BE, and COVID vaccine are required. The cases include bread and butter. The clinician must be comfortable with chronic care.
