FNP needed for Urgent Care in Alamosa, CO
Start Date: ASAP-ongoing
Monday-Friday; 7a-7p
Sat-Sunday; 7a-5p
Census: Varies; Walk-in clinic
See all ages; Peds to Geriatrics
Procedures: typical Urgent Care procedures required, high acuity
cases triaging the patient and transferring available
1 Provider on each shift with 2 nurses
Front office staff and Mas
3 blocks from the hospital- easy for transfers
EMR: Nextgen
Emergency Credentials available
CO license required, BLS, DEA and COVID vaccine required
