They are looking for a provider to help create healthy communities and partnering with other community entities to improve regional healthcare. Earn well over $300,000, ample time off, outstanding benefits with a very low cost of living and a wonderful place to raise a family.OB is an option if desired, locums to perm is also available if you desire to try before you buy. Income well above $300,000 with wRVU of $60 per. Relocation assistance is provided ($10,000 based upon receipts), and as a rural facility there's loan forgiveness through HRSA.. 26 days of PTO are included in the base salary, and more can be negotiated if desired (base salary would decrease proportionately).. Our ED is covered by three highly experienced PAs with primary call coverage by Avera telemedicine board certified ED MDs.. Call is light and consists of ED backup to the PAs and the Avera ED MD (7 ED pts/day avg), and practice call for inpatients (ADC 4) - shared equally with our chief of staff.. Clinic functions in a team model with three seasoned PA/APRNs, and we have two mental health providers as well.. Their board is very engaged, Chief of Staff is highly experienced and administrative team is high-achieving.. Only a 2.5 hour car ride from Denver.
