Job Description:

Lead Nurse in Cath Lab Department
Assist the Nurse Manager in providing leadership to enhance patient safety and optimize quality patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• FTE: Full Time, 80 hours per pay period
  
• Shift: Days
  
• Pay: $59.35/hour, dependent on experience
  
  
  Responsibilities:
  
  • 
    
  • Assist with staff evaluation, development, and implementation of standards of care
    
  • Actively coach and develop staff, demonstrating effective communication and problem-solving skills
    
  • Collaborate with CNS/Educator to meet educational needs and maintain continuity of care
    
  • Manage resources, including equitable distribution of work and matching provider competency to patient needs
    
  • Identify and resolve operational, patient, and personnel issues
    
    
    Requirements:
    
    • 
      
    • Minimum Required Education: Bachelor's in Nursing
      
    • Required License/Certification: State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
      
    • Minimum Experience: 3 years of experience in related clinical areas
