Responsibilities:

--- Communicate with third-party vendors, contractors, service providers and customers as a representative of our organization
--- A/P, A/R, Bank Reconciliation, Staff/Client Billing
--- HR (Payroll via ADP, Benefits, Personnel file maintenance and records)
--- Office Supply Maintenance
--- Staff Support
--- Record Maintenance

Qualifications:

--- Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent

--- Strong organizational skills, ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities
--- Excellent written and verbal communication
--- General computer skills, comfortable with new technology
--- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel and Quickbooks experience a plus
