Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager for Machine
Learning & AI.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary technical liaison for the sales team,
providing ML and AI expertise and assistance throughout the sales
process
Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience for new customers and
promote the adoption of ML and AI solutions
Cultivate and maintain robust, enduring customer relationships
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial
Intelligence, or a related field
3-5 years of experience in a technical account management or
pre-sales engineering role, with a focus on ML and AI
Proven sales achievements and a track record of driving customer
success
Strong technical foundation with comprehensive knowledge of ML and
AI services and architectures
Autonomous worker with the capacity to juggle multiple accounts
simultaneously
