Key Responsibilities:
Oversee successful implementation of software solutions
Lead and manage a team of Project Managers and Coordinators
Serve as primary point of contact for clients during implementation
phase
Required Qualifications:
Experience in project management and software implementation
Ability to develop detailed project plans and monitor progress
Strong client relationship management skills
Experience in training methods and materials development
Ability to analyze project progress and adapt scope or timeline
