National Enterprise Account Manager

Job Description:

A company is looking for a National Enterprise Account Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive relationships, expansion, and growth by upselling to the largest hotel chains and brands in the U.S
Standardize processes to help hotels achieve business goals within chain portfolios
Generate new business opportunities within the account base to meet and exceed target quotas

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of relevant Account Manager or Customer Success Manager experience in the hospitality industry or travel tech company
Executive acumen and presence
Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit
Experience with Salesforce or other Customer Relationship Management tools
Ability to flawlessly navigate between empathy and strategy
