Base Pay Attendance Bonus - $16.50/hr
Overnight/Weekend Bonus Pay - $1/hr
Weekly Commission Bonus - $2.80/hr
TOTAL AVERAGE EARNINGS FOR RETAIL SHIFT MANAGER= $20.30
