  • Executive Director is responsible for field operations within the Colorado market. This includes P/L, setting strategic direction, establishing goals, and objectives for the market and staff
  • Key areas of focus include achieving revenue and enrollment growth targets, managing a network of SNFs, effectively managing utilization expenses, achieving revenue accuracy, capturing quality metrics and hiring, training, and supervising staff
  • Current focus is to administer the UHC Nursing Home Plan through the market's SNF partners, and the UHC Assisted Living Plan to meet the clinical needs of selected sub-acute patients
  • The Colorado market is part of Optum Complex Care Management (CCM). Our focus is to serve the needs of frail, elderly and/or underserved populations with complex care needs. We offer a unique care management model that is delivered through a team of clinicians (NPs or PAs primarily).     • Bachelor's degree (ideally in business, health care administration or another health-related field)
    • 8+ years of experience in managed care and/or post-acute care
    • 4+ years of experience in management and supervisory
    • Experience in managing a budget
    • Ability to reside in Colorado StatePreferred Qualifications:
      • Master's degree
      • Experience in Medicare and/or Medicaid
      • Knowledge of P/L
