Job Description Process Automation Engineer Pueblo, CO - onsite,
will also offer relocation assistance $115K-$125K Bonus (Quarterly)
TN visa holders will be considered Our client, a highly automated
and established manufacturing operation, is seeking a Process
Automation Engineer to support plant automation, production
efficiency, and equipment performance across a continuous-run
environment. Requirements Experience with Allen-Bradley (required)
Strong PLC/HMI controls skills — programming, troubleshooting,
modifications Experience in industrial or heavy manufacturing
environments Ability to read and interpret hydraulic, pneumatic,
and electrical schematics Bachelor’s degree in Electrical,
Mechanical, Automated Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to support on-call needs for plant operations
Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement control systems
(hardware software) Analyze and improve existing PLC/HMI logic to
enhance productivity and uptime Support production and maintenance
teams with real-time troubleshooting Integrate automation systems
with plant information and monitoring systems Monitor KPIs and
identify improvement opportunities across automated equipment
Develop specifications, design documentation, and control
architecture Lead and deliver automation projects from concept
through completion
