As a Design-to-Order Engineering Leader, you'll play a critical role in shaping our Air-Cooled Chiller Product portfolio.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of a design-to-order (DTO) engineering process to deliver customized cooling and heating solutions for the commercial Air-Cooled Chiller market segment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of DTO projects, including product managers, sales professionals, manufacturing engineers, supply chain representatives, and design engineers.
• Conduct technical and feasibility assessments to evaluate customer requirements and provide engineering and design recommendations for product customization.
• Contribute to cost, delivery, and quality plans and measurable outcomes for DTO projects.
• Define scopes, timelines, and allocate resources effectively to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years experience in product development, Design, or manufacturing of HVAC systems.
  • Experience delivering and supporting HVAC products from product development through commercialization, supporting VAVE and sustaining engineering projects.
  • Demonstrated understanding of design, manufacturing, and quality practices and processes. Proficiency in Lean and/or Six Sigma principles preferred. Familiarity with GD&T required.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including UL, ISO, IEC, ASME, CRN, and AHRI standards relevant to industrial cooling systems.What We Offer:
