Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A K-12 school
in Pueblo, CO, is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist
(SLP) to provide comprehensive therapeutic services during the
current school year (CSY) under a contract arrangement. This role
is ideal for a professional with a strong background in
school-based speech and language therapy who is committed to
supporting students communication skills and academic success. Key
Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language assessments for
students from kindergarten through 12th grade. Develop and
implement individualized education plans (IEPs) focused on
speech-language goals. Collaborate with educators, parents, and
other professionals to monitor progress and adjust therapy
approaches. Provide direct therapy services to students with
various communication disorders. Maintain accurate documentation
and comply with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
Qualifications and Desired Experience: Valid Speech-Language
Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC).
Experience in school-based speech-language pathology services.
Strong knowledge of K-12 educational standards and special
education processes. Ability to work effectively with children
across a range of ages and abilities. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills. Location: Pueblo, Colorado This contract
