Primary Responsibilities Include: Diagnose plumbing system issues and present repair options Install, repair, service and maintain plumbing systems at commercial and residential sites Install water heaters, boilers, faucets, toilets, sinks, and other plumbing fixtures Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations Communicate system findings clearly to customers and explain required and recommended repairs and upgrades Provide detailed, multi-option quotes and discuss repair or upgrade choices Identify opportunities to offer additional services, upgrades, or preventative maintenance Consistently meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, or monthly revenue goals Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used Fulfill on-call duties according to the department schedule Safely operate and maintain assigned company vehicles, machinery, tools, and equipment Requirements: 2 years of plumbing experience Valid apprentice, Journeyman or Master Plumbing License Strong understanding of plumbing systems Valid driver's license and clean driving record Knowledge of local plumbing codes Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Good character and ability to work with a team and our customers Professional appearance and demeanor Neat, clean and organized Great work ethic
