Job Description:

As an HVAC/R Service Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the HVAC/R service department, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction. This role involves managing technicians, coordinating service schedules, and ensuring all installations and repairs meet company standards and safety regulations. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and growing our service capabilities while upholding our commitment to quality and efficiency. Manage and schedule the daily activities of HVAC/R technicians. Oversee all installations, repairs, and maintenance of HVAC and refrigeration systems. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards. Develop and implement operational procedures and policies. Provide technical support and training to technicians. Manage customer relations and ensure service excellence. Prepare and review reports on departmental performance. Monitor inventory and order supplies and tools as needed. Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the service department. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC and refrigeration systems. Ability to lead and manage teams effectively. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Proficient in using HVAC software and common industry tools. Capability to handle multiple projects and priorities.
