The objective of the Commercial Construction Project Manager is
to oversee projects by planning, executing, and monitoring the
build. They also ensure timeline targets and budgets are met.Client
DetailsOur client is a well respected General Contractor in the
Colorado Springs area. Their project base includes healthcare,
education, religious, large venue, and other commercial
construction.DescriptionCommercial Construction Project Manager
will be responsible for the following:
- Review project plans and specifications. Define proposal
requirements
- Prepare solicitation of subcontractors for bid proposals
- Prepare cost projections and project reports monthly
- Track, price, and negotiate change orders and cost charges
- Adhere to project scheduling
- Continually grow with the industry as building systems,
materials and methods innovate
- Use software tools to aid in estimates and budgets
- Work directly with clients to define program
requirementsProfileQualified Commercial Construction Project
Manager Candidate will have the following:
- 4+ years of experience as a Construction Project Manager
overseeing projects ranging from $5-30M+ in value
- Thourough understanding of trade agreements, jurisdiction and
negotiations, engineering, cost control schedules and safety
requirements.
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledgeable in construction scheduling software and Windows
applications
- Ability to manage multiple projectsJob OfferCompetitive salary
